Double Tee (TT) Slabs |
Double Tee (TT) slabs are two symmetrically placed beams interacting with a slab |
forming in one section with a “double tee” shape made in precast, prestressed concrete. |
Our Double tee slabs can be used for most applications requiring a long span floor or |
roof system (8 to 32 meters) depending on required load carrying capability. Double tee |
slabs are resistant to moisture and corrosion. Parking garages, office buildings, |
commercial buildings, factories, industrial buildings, etc., are all ideal applications. |
Double Tee slabs are made with G45 concrete and 3/8", 1/2" strands ASTM A416 as |
standard. Each double Tee slab is normally 2500mm wide. , We have 1 production line, |
100m length with depths of 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900 and 1,000 mm. The width of |
the stems normally are 120mm, 165mm and 210mm according to fire rate required |
and/or bearing capacity. |
