Minimum Desired Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering

Minimum Required Skill, Experience, Training

Can provide  Construction Baseline Programme  complete with resource loading (Precast Production + Precast Erection + other related works) for both incoming and on-going projects

Minimum of 5 years experience in Pre-cast industry specially within GCC counties.

Can monitor and update Baseline Programme for on-going projects

Can track  the progress of on-going projects and if necessary  provide/propose  Recovery Programme  for on-going project having delay(s)

...Prepares Daily/ Weekly/Monthly   Planning Schedule  as look-ahead plan

...Prepare and review all correspondence for the project

...Schedule and cost impact analysis

...Risk analysis and mitigation plan

...Must be able to prepare Production planning

Proficiency in the Use of the Following Software is a plus

Task Description

Planning engineers determine and develop the most suitable and economically viable construction and engineering methods for projects. They are involved throughout the development stages, and are present on location during the build to oversee procedures. It is the responsibility of the planning engineer to estimate a timescale for a project and to ensure that the outlined deadlines are met. They work closely with other technical and production engineers to ensure a project runs on schedule and that material supplies are sufficient.
