Minimum Desired Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering

Minimum Required Skill, Experience, Training

Minimum 5 years design experience in precast / prestressed concrete, preferably in a plant environment. Having experience within in GCC countries is a plus.

Must have strong detail oriented skills, and possess a problem solving attitude.

Ability to work with a team, and communicate positively to accomplish the goals of the team and company.

Ability to read and to interpret shop drawings.

Task Description

Calculations include generating design criteria and loading in the design of the system, members and connections. Provide engineering for lateral analysis, connection design, and detailing reinforcement for architectural precast concrete components and structural precast (hollowcore, slabs, beams columns, walls, double tees). Must have a firm grasp on vertical and lateral loads, and how these loads track to the foundation.

Able to coordinate with different departments for precision and maximum output generation.

Manage and direct all activities related to production  

Develop tactical plans to achieve projects requirements and factory goals.

Formulate, develop and implement policies and action plans to maximize production & quality.
