• Technical support at times of converting cast in situ works to precast concrete works bearing in the mind of RDB-ELSEIF System for Precast.
• Plan and make sure the execution of the engineering works within the available resources.
• Coordinate with outsource company about the engineering work at times of over loaded works.
• Control and evaluate teams to conduct the engineering work and gauge the efficiency of the human resources.
• Lead the meetings for the ongoing projects (meeting are conducted both in house and at places on the client) to make sure of the accuracy of the information being depicted on the production drawings.
• Write letters to the client for follow up, raise the related issues to acquire the accurate information and acquire the due approvals.
• Lead the preparation of the architectural precast general arrangement drawings and then the shop drawing thereafter.
• Visit to the project sites for better perception and right understanding of the contractions work.
• Time to time visit the factory production and other related department to make sure the smooth process of production within the context of the shop drawings.
• Share and coordinate with structural engineer that continues well updates knowledge is available to improve and enhance the efficiency of the technical department.
• Set plans to apply necessary preventive and corrective actions in case of human mistake.
• Trouble shooting for cases at sites and inside the factory related to the engineering works. |
